Why isn't the app hearing the notes I play?

  • First, check that you're tuned up using the built-in tuner.

  • If it's still not picking up your notes, the problem could be because of a lot of background noise in your practice space.

I subscribed accidentally, what do I do?

As all payments for Fretzl are handled through the App Store, you'll have to contact Apple to handle this. Follow the steps described here.

We won't ask you to enter any personal data, and payments are handled completely by Apple.Fretzl requests access to your microphone solely to detect what notes you play. All processing of the recorded audio is performed on your device, so we collect absolutely no data.
